Our group of six Ashley Furniture HomeStores, located in Central Ohio and Western Michigan, is looking for a Graphic Designer / Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand and drive growth through high-impact content.

What you'll Do :
You’ll create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our website—everything from graphics, reels, and stories to sales materials and video campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our teams, attend in-store events across all six locations to capture content, update web and Google Business pages, design promotional signage, and build partnerships that grow our presence and reach.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute social media content, videos, graphics, and promotionsPlan, film, and edit high-quality video contentDesign promotional signage for in-store and digital campaignsCreate, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company websiteTravel to store locations and events for content captureCreate marketing briefs and collaborate across departmentsCollaborate with store leadership to promote and execute marketing eventsTrack metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategyMaintain website and Google Business listingsIdentify and act on trends and growth opportunitiesDevelop relationships and partnerships with influencers and community organizations for collaborationManage online engagement through comments, messages, and interactionsWhat We’re Looking For :
3+ years experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Graphic DesignBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fieldStrong portfolio showcasing past workProficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsProven ability to create scroll-stopping visuals and short-form videoStrong eye for design and brand consistencyExcellent time management and adaptabilityInsight into analytics, engagement, and digital trendsYou’ll Thrive Here If You’re :
