Transaction Entry Specialist

Copay is currently looking to hire a Transaction Entry Specialist within our Lodging line of business, and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for accounting functions assigned to the individual Customer Focus Group (CFG). The purpose of the position is to perform timely data entry, review and to support customer billing and hotel payment. You will report directly to the Workforce Billing Director.

Role Responsibilities

• Entering manual transactions to allow accurate data entry based on customer criteria
• Performing reviews on all exceptions, including digitized, electronic, and manual to support accurate downstream processes
• Cross-training and backing up on invoicing and customer service as needed
• Performing research projects as directed by the CFG Leader and / or Vice President of Operations
• Performing all other duties as assigned
