Procurement Manager
Position Overview : The Procurement Manager will lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with U.S. defense procurement regulations. This role plays a critical part in supporting the transition from development to full-scale production while maintaining cost, quality, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, from requisition to supplier delivery
- Collaborate with internal engineering, finance, and quality teams
- Monitor and improve supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with ITAR and FAR / DFARS regulations
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits
- Drive continuous improvement and implement sourcing best practices
- Lead procurement strategies for production scalability and cost-efficiency
