CAMS (Community Association Management Services), HOA Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician / Handy Man to perform general maintenance / projects and assist in the oversight of contractors / vendors at a community in Indian Beach, NC.
Hours of Work : Sunday through Thursday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm with the possibility of overtime and after-hours emergency calls.
Hourly Rate : $20 per hour with benefits package included.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and perform assigned work orders promptly
- Perform preventative maintenance task to maintain the physical integrity of the properties
- Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents and visitors
- Anticipate, identify and correct problems involving the properties
- Assist in the oversight of contractors and vendors
- Follow up on service requests and communicate with managers for the highest quality of customer service
