Overview
We're seeking a Longevity Medicine Physician to deliver exceptional, whole-person care in a modern, multidisciplinary clinic. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with clinical and wellness professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Patient Care & Treatment
- Provide exceptional service in all patient and team interactions.
- Conduct comprehensive executive-style physical exams, integrating clinical assessments, lab data, body composition, and fitness metrics to identify risks and optimize health.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing medical, physiological, and psychological needs.
- Order / interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe appropriate medications, and manage ongoing care plans.
- Identify opportunities for preventive care; conduct medication review, prescribing, and de-prescribing as needed.
- Maintain a continuous-learning mindset in longevity medicine.
- Coordinate referrals to dermatology, neurology, endocrinology, and other specialties as needed.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, nurses, fitness, and nutrition professionals) to provide seamless care.Serve as a patient advocate through education and shared decision-making.Use advanced communication skills to navigate complex scenarios, improve processes, and enhance satisfaction.Deliver occasional community presentations on health and wellness topics.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain meticulous documentation (progress notes, summaries, clinical updates) aligned with quality standards.Participate in clinical rounds, conferences, and risk / quality programs.Additional Contributions
Contribute to continuous improvement of care delivery systems.Engage in professional development to stay current in longevity medicine.Perform approved invasive procedures independently after competency documentation.Support integration of fitness, nutrition, and purpose-oriented coaching into the care model.Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated record of outstanding patient experience.Caring, empathetic listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities; detail-oriented.Tech-savvy; comfortable with common productivity tools.Up to ~10% local travel.Education & Experience
Current Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and active state licensure (required).Board certification or training in Anti-Aging / Regenerative, Functional, or Lifestyle Medicine (preferred; e.g., A4M, IFM, ACLM).BLS certification (required).Current DEA registration for Schedule II–V (required).Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (required).Why This Role
