We are currently searching for a Sr. Project Manager, Architecture. This position can be a hybrid role in our Baltimore, Akron, Columbus, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Lexington or Louisville offices.

Base pay range

$109,000.00 / yr - $169,000.00 / yr

What You Will Do

• Manage a wide range of architectural projects as a licensed architect; opportunities for growth within the AE market sector.
• Develop master plans, facility needs assessments, and programs; facilitate workshops and charrettes; develop studies and reports; present findings, master plans, recommendations, and concepts.
• Develop design and construction documents; facilitate charrettes; conduct field assessments; produce project deliverables.
• Collaborate with PRIME AE's inter-office divisions (MEP, Structural Engineering) and external subconsultants.
• Plan and supervise the preparation of construction documents and other deliverables according to client goals, needs, and budgets.
• Coordinate design disciplines, both in-house and with outside consultants.
• Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with Detailed Design Documents.
• Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and construction documentation, specifically Revit.
• May direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design Phases.
• May attend industry conferences.
