We are currently searching for a Sr. Project Manager, Architecture. This position can be a hybrid role in our Baltimore, Akron, Columbus, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Lexington or Louisville offices.
Base pay range
$109,000.00 / yr - $169,000.00 / yr
What You Will Do
- Manage a wide range of architectural projects as a licensed architect; opportunities for growth within the AE market sector.
- Develop master plans, facility needs assessments, and programs; facilitate workshops and charrettes; develop studies and reports; present findings, master plans, recommendations, and concepts.
- Develop design and construction documents; facilitate charrettes; conduct field assessments; produce project deliverables.
- Collaborate with PRIME AE's inter-office divisions (MEP, Structural Engineering) and external subconsultants.
- Plan and supervise the preparation of construction documents and other deliverables according to client goals, needs, and budgets.
- Coordinate design disciplines, both in-house and with outside consultants.
- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with Detailed Design Documents.
- Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and construction documentation, specifically Revit.
- May direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Detailed Design Phases.
- May attend industry conferences.
What You Will Bring
Registered Architect (preferably in Maryland, Ohio, Florida, Kentucky; or has NCARB certification for state-to-state reciprocity).LEED Accredited Professional strongly preferred.15 years' combined experience in architectural design and project management.Experience in all phases of project design, construction documentation, and construction materials.Strong interpersonal, verbal, listening, and written communication skills, including client presentations.Experience coordinating multiple design disciplines for developing complete documents.Proficient in Revit.Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, building structures, and engineering systems.Ability to travel.Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.Why PRIME AE?
