What you'll do

As the sole Graphic Designer at trü frü, you will be the creative force driving the look and feel of our brand across sales, sampling, and brand initiatives (not social media). Your work will shape how customers, retailers, and partners experience trü frü in the world.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Sampling teams to design presentations, sales tools, event activations, merchandise, and more—delivering bold, high-impact visuals that leave lasting impressions. Beyond executing projects, you’ll also have the opportunity to lead with ideas, recommending new creative directions and pushing the brand to fresh heights.

You will report directly to the VP of Brand Management and work as both a maker and a creative thought partner.

Shopper Marketing, Sampling & Events : Create impactful visuals for shopper marketing, sampling activations, tradeshows, and in-person brand experiences

Sales & Customer Materials : Design visually compelling presentations, sell sheets, and retail collateral to support sales growth

Brand Storytelling : Develop assets that communicate trü frü’s unique brand identity with consistency and creativity

Merchandise & Swag : Design memorable branded merchandise for employees, partners, and fans

Internal Communication : Support team culture with inspiring internal visuals

Creative Leadership : Anticipate trends & propose new ideas

Asset Management : Maintain an organized library of visual assets and templates for company-wide use

A creativity-first mindset with the ability to independently own projects

You have...

5–7 years of relevant design experience

BFA or BA in Graphic Design (or related field)

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience in ad design, brand design, or sales collateral (preferred)

Pluses

Motion graphics experience (Adobe After Effects preferred)

A willingness to push creative boundaries

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to see concepts beyond a project’s immediate scope

Experience balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
