We do this by offering services, such as airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events and trips.

Expected work schedule for the Development Catalyst :

• Full- or part-time, flexible schedule
• Occasional evenings and / or weekends for specific events / projects
• Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats

Responsibilities of a Development Catalyst

The overall role of the Development Catalyst is to develop, communicate, and execute a fundraising strategy for the Central Ohio ministry location of International Friendships (IFI). This position is part of the Central Ohio ministry team and requires the candidate to live in or near Columbus, OH.

The Development Catalyst will (list not all inclusive) :

Helping people progress through the giving continuum : potential donor → one-time donor → recurring donor → increasing donor → major donor
