Base pay range

$235,000.00 / yr - $365,000.00 / yr

Overview

Our client, an Am Law 20 international law firm, has a unique litigation role with a General Counsel focus. The successful applicant will :

• Work with local counsel and clients that include Blue Chip social media companies on investigations by international data protection authorities
• Possess solid litigation skills
• Ideally possess language skills (native or fluent spoken and written) that may include Spanish, Hebrew, or German
• Develop litigation strategy for matters ranging from data protection, defamation, IP infringement, consumer protection, and contract disputes
• Guide clients through regulatory investigations by international data protection authorities, as well as consumer protection and other international agencies
• Advise clients with proposed legislation and regulations across the world
• Review reports of unlawful moderation of social media user accounts
