A Brief Overview
This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Audio-Visual Control Room and the associated AV equipment throughout the organization. The role schedules and facilitates video teleconferences with remote sites and assists team members in the operation of AV equipment and associated software applications.
Essential Functions
- Set‑up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV / projection / lighting / conferencing equipment, devices, and systems throughout the organization.
- Provide support for presentations and teleconference meetings. Record presentations as needed and perform setups and load presentations.
- Coordinate / schedule teleconference / audio‑visual resources and ensure maximum use of resources assigned.
- Provide training on teleconference and audio‑visual equipment. Demonstrate use of equipment to customers and provide support / training to team members on the use of teleconferencing software platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, and Teams.
- Research and install teleconference and audio‑visual hardware and software as needed.
- Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.

Education Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Experience Qualifications
Minimum two years’ experience with teleconference and audio‑visual resources required.Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of the basic principles of Audio‑Visual technology.Knowledge of capabilities of the house wiring to support AV functions.Well versed in the use of Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams.Skill in the operation and maintenance of the Audio‑Visual equipment.Skill in handling H.264 and H.265 video files.Ability to show others how to use Audio‑Visual equipment.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to work around senior staff and visiting dignitaries.Requires the ability to research, learn, and apply new technology quickly.Children’s is the very best for kids and the very best for your career!
