Medical Office Assistant – Fast-Paced Clinic

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 45 AM – 4 : 15 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and manage high-volume phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
• Confirm lab orders and future clinic visits
• Check out patients and provide necessary documentation
• Perform administrative duties including filing, faxing, and note-taking
• Review insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Utilize Meditech and / or EPIC systems (preferred but not required)

Qualifications :

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
