The Production Designer is the detail junkie. The layout whisperer. The pixel pusher who sees misaligned buttons in their sleep. If you're the type to spot a missing kerning adjustment from across the room, keep reading. This is not a conceptual role. You're not here to brainstorm campaigns- you're here to execute them flawlessly. You're the finisher. The make-it-beautiful-and-bulletproof designer. You'll take direction from CDs and directors, and then make the work sing with precision, polish, and not a single offset pixel. You create excellent work and are an excellent person. This job is perfect for someone who doesn't love being as client-facing as an art director, but finds true joy in sweating the small stuff and taking ownership of the details.
