Consistent hours and time off : Shift possibilities—3 to 5, 8 hour shifts per week from your house per week. Most of these shifts are outside of regular business hours of 8 to 5 Monday to Friday, so therefore you will not work during this time very often. Some holiday shifts.

Some nights may have 1 or two calls, some nights may be non-stop. When there the phones are quiet, and your caught up, your time is free to move about your home—as long as your phone is answered within 3 rings.

Job Duties :

Answer phones and dispatch tow truck drivers and service mechanics.

• Review completed calls and updated administratively.
• Answer impound customer questions related to releasing their vehicle and personal belongings.
• Perform market surveys
• Monitor driver and mechanics progress through jobs in progress.
• Communicate regularly with customer relating to jobs in progress.
• Estimate, quote, and sell jobs with a successful closing ratio.
