Overview A property management company that has experienced large amounts of growth in recent years is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to their small team. This hire will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives by producing collateral, managing digital and social content, and supporting events and campaigns. They will also help brand visibility through media coordination, award submissions, and strategic communications across multiple platforms.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing field or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in a marketing position
Experience with modern graphic design software (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
Experience with Marketing Automation Campaign Tools (Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and on a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proactive work ethic
Nice to Have Experience with social media marketing
Email marketing experience
Microsoft SharePoint
