We are seeking a QA Automation Lead to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and leading test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Selenium, Core Java, Python, and Cucumber, with a passion for driving automation excellence and improving software quality.

Job Title : QA Automation Lead (Selenium & Cucumber)

Location : Omaha, NE / Remote

Duration : 6 months

Job Description

As a QA Automation Lead , you will :

Lead test automation efforts, including framework design, development, and maintenance.

Utilize Selenium, Core Java, and Python to build scalable automation solutions.

Apply Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) and executable specifications.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Drive best practices for automation strategies, execution, and reporting.

The QA Automation Lead will also be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring test coverage across applications, and integrating automation scripts with CI / CD pipelines.

As a QA Automation Lead , you will play a critical role in optimizing quality assurance processes, reducing manual testing efforts, and accelerating release cycles.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a QA Automation Lead.

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Core Java, and Python.

Expertise in Cucumber and behavior-driven testing.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and frameworks.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
