Environmental Services Director (EVS) – Long Term Care

Casa Health Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Services (EVS) Director to join our leadership team. This role is vital in ensuring our residents, families, and staff have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment every day.

What You’ll Do

Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation services throughout the facility

Train, schedule, and lead the Environmental Services team

Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and state survey standards

Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and safety

Manage budgets, inventory, and supply ordering

Collaborate with nursing and other departments to meet resident needs

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of housekeeping / environmental services leadership experience (healthcare or long-term care strongly preferred)

Knowledge of infection control, OSHA, and healthcare regulations

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment

A passion for providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
