job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. Minimum of 12 years of experience in ERP system utilization and operational leadership, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support. Strong understanding of financial processes, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, SD). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skill set, with capability of interfacing and forming strong business partnerships with CHQ, Segment, sector and division leadership and stakeholders. Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation. Strong technical background in business operations - tools and processes. Experience working within financial applications, with emphasis on accounting or shared services functions. Sr. Manager, Workstream, Finance and Project Systems
The Workstream Lead for SAP Finance and Project Systems oversees the implementation and operational support of SAP Finance and Project Systems functionality. Responsibilities include : collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, leading SAP support personnel, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions :
- Oversee daily operations and support for SAP Finance (FI) and Project Systems (PS) modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Lead and manage the Finance and Project systems workstream for a large SAP implementation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the SAP support team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
