Overview

Cognizant is seeking an L2 Audio Video Ops Engineer for a full-time opportunity in Santa Clara, CA.

The salary range for this role is between $63,500 to $74,500 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted till 10 / 21 / 2025.

Responsibilities

• Update tickets to keep user informed of the status of Incident.
• Daily check of open incidents assigned to group.
• Navigate Zoom Dashboard
• Ability to view Zoom Room online / offline status.
• Put Room under construction as well as set active after it is fixed.
• Activation Codes for Zoom Rooms
• Use Zoom Room Web controller
• Test rooms with Field Support Teams
• Access Screen Meet for rebooting machines and removing any windows notifications pop ups.
• Work with L1 FS to further troubleshoot rooms
• Assist DT AV with logistic support.
• Provides solutions from a pre-determined knowledge base
