Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight : Provide overall leadership and direction for multiple large or complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Client Relations : Serve as the main point of contact for executive-level client communication, relationship management, and business development.
- Financial Management : Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and profitability, ensuring projects meet or exceed financial targets.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and manage senior project staff (Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.), ensuring strong performance and professional growth.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project and contractual risks to protect company interests.
- Quality & Safety : Champion company standards for safety, quality, and compliance across all projects.
- Business Development Support : Partner with leadership and preconstruction teams to win new work, support proposals, and expand client base.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Project Executive | Healthcare | Houston
15+ years of progressive commercial and healthcare construction leadership, including leading large ground-up or complex projects ($100M+).A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (advanced certifications like LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are a plus).Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals.Exceptional relationship-building skills with owners, developers, and stakeholders, with a history of repeat business.Deep understanding of contracts, project finance, risk management, and profitability.Experience leading teams of PMs, Supers, and support staff, fostering collaboration, development, and accountability.Ability to align project execution with company growth objectives, while identifying new business opportunities.Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite leaders, clients, and project teams.What's on Offer
