Key Responsibilities
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring maximum value from the solution
Collaborate with customers and account teams to create and execute customer Success Plans
Engage with customers to drive product adoption and mitigate churn through proactive management
Required Qualifications
5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise SaaS experience
Proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers
Experience using Success Plans to align business strategies and success metrics
Understanding of Jira and Confluence use cases and configuration trade-offs
Familiarity with CRM tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau
