Job Title (M / W / D) Location : Cologne, Munich, Berlin or from home office, Germany Full-time : 40 hours Limited to 1 year (with possibility for extension)

We are looking for an Insurance Agent (M / W / D) to support us in processing and escalating insurance claims for a growing automotive company.

Main Responsibilities in this Role :

• Information gathering from workshops and customers
• Evaluation of insurance claims and verification of the accuracy of the damage details
• Management and review of invoices and approval of corresponding payments
• Investigation of the circumstances of the accident and collection of evidence and recognition of possible misrepresentations
• Communication with the insurance company and negotiation with workshops
• Complete documentation of all procedures
• Continuous training in industry regulations, company policies, and best practices
