Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Machine Operator III to join our 2nd shift team in Norman, United States. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery to ensure smooth production processes and high-quality output.
Set up, operate, and monitor various types of manufacturing equipment for optimal performanceAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentInterpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate productionPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned machineryConduct quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet required specificationsEnter production data and generate reports using computer systemsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiencyIdentify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processesQualifications
3-5 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environmentProven experience working 2nd shift hoursProficiency in operating complex machinery and equipmentStrong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing settingAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints accuratelyBasic computer skills for data entry and report generationExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with quality control standards and preventive maintenance proceduresTechnical certifications related to machine operation preferredPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to commute to Norman, United States for 2nd shift hoursAdditional Information
