Were hiring for multiple Senior Preconstruction Managers to join a nationally respected GC. Our client is a leader in the construction of mixed-use, healthcare, life sciences, and more. Openings in Charlotte & Washington DC area. These are high-impact leadership roles where youll collaborate with owners, designers, and internal teams to win and deliver major builds from concept through budget. Prefer construction backgrounds with Industrial, Warehouses, Multi Family, Schools, & Dealerships.

What Youll Do :

Lead preconstruction strategy and budget development
Provide all estimations
Manage RFPs, quality surveys, and vendor relationships
Mentor managers and drive business growth
Value Engineering

What You Bring :

8+ years in GMAX budgeting and estimating

Bachelors in Construction or Engineering
