Compensation & Payroll Specialist

A profitable, well-established company in the Madison area is hiring a Compensation & Payroll Specialist to support its growing HR team. This is a dynamic environment with ongoing transformation-ideal for someone who thrives in change and wants to grow within an organization that promotes from within.

Role Overview :

  • 20% payroll (Paylocity) : garnishments, partial processing
  • 80% comp & benefits : benchmarking, annual comp reviews, open enrollment, 401(k) education
  • Support HR modernization efforts

Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years of HR experience; generalist background welcome
  • Comfortable with payroll tasks
  • Exposure to comp analysis and benefits admin preferred
