A company is looking for a Care Advocate (Shift : 8AM - 5PM EST).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce services and support program enrollment
Build trust and rapport with patients using active listening and a compassionate approach
Document patient interactions accurately and meet performance targets related to outreach and engagement
Required Qualifications
Experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or patient engagement roles in a healthcare environment
Ability to manage a high call volume while maintaining empathy and accuracy
Comfortable working with productivity targets in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
High comfort level with technology, including Google Suite and CRMs
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
