A dynamic and highly-respected law firm in Lexington, SC needs a sharp Real Estate Attorney to be the hero of their busiest week. We are seeking a confident and experienced attorney to step in and command residential closings for one exciting, full-time assignment.

Your Mission for the Week

  • Lead the Closing Table : Guide clients through the final signing process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensure Accuracy : Perform a final expert review of all closing packages, deeds, and settlement statements.
  • Solve Problems : Swiftly identify and resolve any last-minute title issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Collaborate Effectively : Work alongside the firm's paralegals and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Deliver Success : Ultimately, your goal is to create a smooth, positive, and celebratory closing for every home buyer.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed

  • SC Bar License : You must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
  • Closing Experience : Proven, hands-on experience managing residential real estate closings is essential.
  • Sharp Attention to Detail : You possess a keen eye for catching errors and ensuring every document is perfect.
  • Poise Under Pressure : You maintain a calm and confident demeanor, even when things move quickly.
  • Critical Availability : You must be available for full-time work for the entire week of Monday, October 27 through Friday, October 31, 2025.
