Under the direction of the RN Supervisor, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis to formulate a plan, evaluate and assure patient's readiness for safe, efficient and effective care throughout the patient's perioperative experience and appropriately communicates barriers / possible barriers of such. This is a Full Time, Day Shift (7 : 30 am-4 : 00 pm_ position eligible for a sign-on bonus. Qualifications Education : - Associates Degree Licensure / Certification / Registration : - Florida Registered Nurse License - BLS Special Skills / Qualifications / Additional Training / Experience Required : - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English - Perioperative Pre-Admission Services experience of 1 year preferred - 2 years of med surg experience highly preferred
