job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAdministrate enterprise technology contracts across the lifecycle. expenses, projects, capital, and services. Plan, provision, and track technology assets, licenses, and services. Act as an internal liaison with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Accounting. Act as an external liaison with key technology vendors and resellers. Prepare solicitations for goods, services, and projects. Prepare evaluations and write-ups for new technology. Work onsite 5 days a week. Perform related duties as directed. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. OR High School Diploma with minimum ten (10) years of experience performing the duties outlined in the Minimum Qualifications. Five years experience administrating technology contracts across the lifecycle - requests, solicitations, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Five years experience planning and tracking technology department budgets - expenses, projects, capital, and services. Five years experience planning, provisioning, and tracking technology licenses, hardware assets, and professional and warranty services. Strong written communication skills. Ability to work on their own in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Office365.
