Regulatory Enforcement Attorney

A company is looking for a Regulatory Investigations & Enforcement In-House Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a legal advisor for regulatory inquiries and investigations

Manage government investigations and enforcement actions, collaborating with internal stakeholders

Oversee litigation related to regulatory enforcement actions and manage outside counsel

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Significant experience in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions

Experience managing litigation and working with outside counsel

Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations
