Certifications and Licenses

\n \n

  • ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification is required.\n
  • Active State Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is mandatory.\n
  • CPR Certification is preferred.\n

  • Proven experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with the ability to perform high-quality imaging procedures efficiently and accurately.\n
  • Strong understanding of radiologic equipment, safety protocols, and patient care standards.\n
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare teams.\n
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.\n
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe imaging environment.\n

    Preferred Education & Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.\n
  • Previous experience working in a hospital setting is preferred.\n
  • Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray, CT) is a plus.\n
  • \n\n

    Key Responsibilities

    \n \n

  • Preparing patients for imaging procedures and explaining the process to ease anxiety.\n
  • Operating radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders.\n
  • Ensuring all safety protocols are rigorously followed to protect patients, staff, and yourself.\n
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring proper image labeling.\n
  • Performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.\n
  • Flexing to shift requirements, including weekend and on-call hours, to meet departmental needs.\n
