Enterprise Implementation Manager
As an Enterprise Implementation Manager, you will be a strategic partner to our largest and most complex customers. You'll guide senior living organizations through the successful adoption of the August platformoften spanning multiple modules including Billing, Clinical, and Operations. You'll play a vital role in scaling our implementation practice and ensuring that each customer realizes meaningful value from day one.
Key responsibilities include :
- Leading full-cycle implementations of the August platform for enterprise customersfrom initial scoping and stakeholder alignment through configuration, training, and post-launch support
- Serving as the main point of communication for enterprise customers, ensuring clear alignment between stakeholders and August teams across every product and every phase of implementation
- Orchestrating ongoing product-specific rollouts, coordinating across functional teams to support phased launches across multiple sites or departments
- Developing and managing implementation project plans that address the unique operational, clinical, and technical needs of multi-site organizations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, department heads, and front-line staff, ensuring alignment across stakeholder groups and driving adoption at all levels
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams to shape our enterprise implementation strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Identifying and mitigating risks early, using strong project management and communication skills to keep timelines and goals on track
- Facilitating data migrations, integrations, and custom configurations where needed, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless deployments
- Delivering engaging training sessions tailored to both corporate and community-based roles, enabling confident use of the platform
- Standardizing and scaling processes, playbooks, and documentation to support efficient, repeatable enterprise rollouts
The ideal candidate will have :
4+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Program Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technologyProven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations across large organizationsStrong background in healthcare, senior living, or adjacent industries is highly preferredExperience working across departments (e.g., operations, finance, clinical, IT) to deploy software solutionsAbility to translate business needs into technical and workflow requirementsExceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholdersincluding C-level executivesComfortable with ambiguity; thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and takes initiative to build structure where it doesn't existFamiliarity with change management principles and adult learning best practicesOur team brings together deep expertise in technology, healthcare, and company-building.
