Project Superintendent - Commercial We're Hiring : Project Superintendent - Commercial & Community Construction

Are you passionate about leading teams and ensuring projects run smoothly from the ground up? We're looking for a Project Superintendent to oversee commercial and community-focused construction projects -including schools, healthcare facilities, retail spaces, and community centers .

What You'll Do :

  • Direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control throughout every phase of construction.
  • Travel as needed to project sites in Manhattan or Lawrence .

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects .
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of design-build , construction management , and industry best practices.
