Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist - Patient Care to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in diverse settings while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Assess and evaluate patient health status through ongoing assessments and functional health status evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and collaborative problems.
• Evaluate and document patient responses to interventions and outcomes at regularly determined intervals.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you must have :

BLS certification from the American Heart Association

RN licensure in Ohio

2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Work Environment :

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, primarily on the night shift. Our Cardiovascular Unit 2 offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
