Production Design Coordinator (New York)

Our client, a successful apparel company, is looking for a Production Design Coordinator to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities

Create and maintain tech packs, art packs, pitch sheets, and branding files for licensed products.

Liaise between Design, Production, PD, Spec, and Licensing teams to ensure accurate and timely information reaches factories.

Prepare buy boards, concept submissions, and recommendations on colors, sizing, and techniques.

Track design deliverables and maintain organized, up-to-date project files.

Qualifications

25 years of experience creating tech packs and art pitch sheets for product development.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Effective communicator with experience coordinating between cross-functional teams and vendors.
