What We Are Looking For

The Sales Representative is a key role for the company, generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting PuroClean's services in the Central NJ area. They will be responsible for promoting and selling PuroClean of Rahway's, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. We are seeking a candidate who can cultivate lasting mutually beneficial relationships in the community. You will be tasked to raise PuroClean of Rahway's brand awareness in the community while growing and developing our customer base.

Your responsibilities include :

• Prospecting and Lead Generation :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurance agents, adjusters, and other stakeholders.

Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing PuroClean's services and capabilities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Work closely with other departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

We offer a competitive base salary with a commission structure for this position. The base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
