Position Summary
The Director of Regulatory at e.l.f. must be a people-first leader. Reporting to the VP of Regulatory, the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our function — not only by driving global regulatory compliance, but by inspiring, mentoring, and developing the talented team that delivers it.
In this role, the Director will : Lead and grow the team — cultivating talent, coaching individuals, and creating an environment where people thrive. Partners across the business, building strong relationships internally and with external partners and trade associations. Oversee regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio : color cosmetics, skincare, OTC (acne, sunscreen), medical devices, and beauty tools. Guide and support our international expansion efforts by educating internally and developing smart, executable registration plans.
This Director needs to be as passionate about building people and culture as they are about regulatory discipline — someone who can inspire confidence, set direction, and elevate the capabilities of the team.
