Our hosts greet incoming Guests, thank departing Guests, provide accurate wait times, seat Guests in a friendly manner and work in a fast-paced high volume environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests (i.e. : disabilities, etc.)
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single Guest feel welcome upon arrival
- Receive incoming phone calls with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat Guests in a timely fashion
- Ensure that every Guest has a menu and any other important information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and preparing tables for incoming Guests as necessary
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set Guest expectations
- Open door for Guests arriving and departing
- Sincerely thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return
