Key Responsibilities :

• Material Review Board (MRB) :  Participate in MRB meetings, review and analyze defective or non-conforming components, and determine the suitable disposition.
• Customer Complaint Handling :  Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer quality issues. Investigate complex complaints, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Non-Conforming Material Handling :  Identify, segregate, and manage non-conforming materials. Work with the production team to prevent recurrence, coordinate with suppliers for return or replacement as necessary, and implement supplier quality improvement initiatives.
• Inspections :  Conduct regular and complex inspections of the manufacturing process, from incoming raw material to finished product. Use advanced inspection tools and follow quality standards to ensure compliance. Implement inspection process improvements as necessary.
• Data Analysis and Trending :  Use Microsoft Office and other tools to perform data analysis and identify trends related to quality issues and improvements. Communicate findings to the team and use this information to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Internal Audits : Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
