Director of Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights from finance and accounting functions

Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll oversight

Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights for business owners, and monitor compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred

10 years of experience in a Controller to Director of Finance role, preferably in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus

Experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies

Proficient in GAAP-compliant financial modeling using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
