Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping facilities safe, functional, and welcoming? We're searching for a dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team and ensure our nursing home operates smoothly for residents, staff, and visitors alike!

Maintenance Director What You’ll Do :

  • Oversee and perform maintenance tasks to keep the building, equipment, and grounds in top condition.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety and health regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships for maintenance projects and repairs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.

Maintenance Director What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety systems.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for nursing homes is a plus.
