Andgar Mechanical, LLC has a full-time opening for a Commercial Plumber Foreman to join our already strong team. This position will perform all aspects of commercial plumbing including install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems according to plumbing codes. Install piping for drains, water, gas and medical gas systems; including heating and cooling in boiler systems. Works with various types of materials and systems : PVC, Copper, ABS, and Steel, while adhering to Andgar company policies and standards. Actual duties may include some or all duties listed below.
Pay, Incentives, and Benefits :
- Starting Salary Range : $50 - $65 / hour DOE.

Essential Job Functions :
Mastery of roles and responsibilities of Lead JourneymanProven performance history as a Lead Journeyman on multiple projects of different sizes and scopesResponsible for the entire project including ordering material, layout and testProvides leadership throughout the project to meet scheduled goalsEfficiently leads team on all size projectsDirect communication with the project manager and general contractorAssist the project manager with RFI’s, manpower needs, schedule goals and change ordersAble to identify material savings and labor efficiencies that effect the profitability of the projectCommunicate with the project manager about any personnel issues or achievements. Participate in the review processKnowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Able to design and install all plumbing systems in a three story or more commercial buildingUnderstands all Andgar documents and project drawings applicable to the projectComplete daily reports, JHA’s and weekly safety meetingsConsistently meets the overall goals of Plumbing Department, timely performance of dutiesAbility to interact with coworkers, contractors, vendors and management on a positive levelComplete understanding of Andgar company policies and procedures.Responsive to inter-company personnelEducation & Experience :
High School Diploma or GEDCurrent WA State PL-01 LicenseCurrent Driver’s License and acceptable driving recordExperience managing multifamily projects preferredPost expires on 8 / 30 / 25
