The position of Outside Sales Manager will work directly with the Branch Manager and the outside sales team to ensure the best-in-class customer experience. The Sales Manager must be passionate about people and have a strong desire to motivate and develop team members through various methods, such as coaching, developing, mentorship, identifying and commissioning training opportunities. The goal is to have an all-star sales team who are engaged and excited about their work while growing sales and gross profit dollars by anticipating and exceeding customers’ expectations.
