Position Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient programs, including group schedule management, budget oversight, admissions, and coordination of multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff weekly.
  • Human resource management, including hiring, staff development, performance reviews, and managing employee matters.
  • Run weekly team meetings.
  • Work with AVP and Director of Quality & Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Run groups / meals on the program schedule, as needed.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives for Atlanta program.

    • Requirements :

    Education, Competencies and Credentials :

  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or similar discipline.
  • Independent Licensure required GA License – LMHC / LPC, LCSW / LICSW, LMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience; Higher Level of Care experience preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is preferred.

    • Hours : 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some evenings required.
