Affirmed Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care for a school case in West Milford, New Jersey . As an RN on this case, you'll deliver one-on-one care in a school setting , ensuring the safety and well-being of your client throughout the school day. This is an ideal role for nurses looking to work daytime hours only (8 : 30 AM – 2 : 00 PM) on a flexible per diem basis.

Job Type :

Per Diem (Weekday Hours)

Pay :

$48–$50 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care to a pediatric client in a school setting
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects
• Track and document vital signs, behaviors, and interventions
• Support activities of daily living and respond to emergency needs
• Communicate clearly with school staff, family members, and the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
