Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize training platforms and tools, ensuring an intuitive learner experience and compliance tracking
Design and implement the commercial onboarding process, including structured learning tracks and a mentoring program
Define KPIs for training programs and collaborate with analytics teams to deliver insights on training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in training, learning operations, or product coordination
Experience with SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable database
Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
Ability to quickly assimilate information and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
