Key Responsibilities
Define and lead a global product strategy for assessment, diagnostics, and analytics
Design and evolve high-impact assessment tools and solutions for various organizational levels
Lead strategic client engagements and support business development efforts
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent assessment, or human capital consulting
Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in I / O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
Expertise in psychometric assessment and experience in creating non-psychometric diagnostics
Prior experience with product development and / or assessment technology preferred
Strong understanding of people analytics and business acumen
