Your Impact :

Pearce Renewables is looking for Travel Troubleshooting technicians certified on all platforms. Our Certified Wind Technicians carry out daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing, minor assembly, minor service, and / or repairs to wind turbine generators and related equipment and facilities. Expected to be able to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, minor to medium repairs crane / non-crane related, design modifications / retrofits and special projects, all following proceduralist maintain certifications in all areas required by position. This position is 75% local and 25% travel. Must live within 90 miles of Zenda, KS.

Core Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Calibrate and adjust turbine components to enhance performance.
• Conduct maintenance of equipment including resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic malfunctions on Siemens, GE, Vestas, and / or Gamesa turbines.
• Diagnose problems involving wind turbine generators or control systems.
• Follow specific verbal and written instructions to perform wind turbine generator (WTG) and associated equipment assembly, repair, and maintenance.
• Complete and maintain required company and client documentation and records.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Renewables Employee handbook and insurance requirements.
• Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work area including sweeping, mopping, wiping oil, grease, solvent spills.
