• 7-day pager call coverage 8am to 8am daily
• Approximately 20 deliveries per month
• Midwives handle first call for obstetric care
• Call can be taken from hotel accommodations
• Physician backup for emergencies and C-sections only
• Emergency credentialing process in place
• Low-volume facility under 300 annual deliveries
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
