Drew Edmond - State Farm Agency, located in Lincoln, NE has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Account Manager. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! High performers will excel in this position. Meaningful part time opportunity.

Compensation : $20 / Hour

Hours :

8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

    Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to potential leads to generate interest in State Farm products.
  • Reaching out to previous customers to re-engage their interest in coming back to State Farm for their insurance needs.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Marketing - local community outreach efforts.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

    • Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
