Schedule : Full-Time
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000 per year DOE

Job Summary
As the Molecular Pathologist, you will lead Infinite's molecular diagnostics and pharmacogenomics (PGx) efforts specifically tailored to residents in skilled nursing facilities (SNF), long-term care (LTC), and geriatric settings. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting molecular / PGx test results, integrating them into resident medication plans, working with external diagnostic labs, and helping internal clinical teams optimize treatments for an older population. Your work will support the "treat in place" model by reducing adverse drug events, minimizing hospitalizations, and improving medication‐management outcomes.
